Many points

1. Good training on saturday, unlucky we couldn't follow it up with a match.

2. Leverstock green - the team with the good pitch - left our league. Our table looks like this

Barnet Youth U1863031723-6 9
Well End U1883052333-10 9
Kings Langley U1871241123-12 5
London Colney U186024421-17 2
Alexandra Park U18 West6015632-26 1

If you think what we played like against barnet on the first game of the season we have a chance of beating ALL of those teams.

3. Training this week. If you cannot come call text or email david will or me. 11:30 fortesmere again and come changed and ready to go. A text will get sent out later this week.

4. Most importantly, find out before training if you can give lifts and how many. I will put up the time on the website by thursday (latest), which is more than enough time. If you know early please text/call/email me. my details are on "our team" page.

5.Bye bye McClown another England failure.

A Nil - Nil draw!

SO!

Here is much needed match report of THE GREATEST EVER GAME OF FOOTBALL!!!!!

"How" I hear you say! Well.....The so nicknamed "Rentford Rejects Of N8 Crew Dem (Massive)" Have now, praise the lord, got a point on the board! Shouts and SCREAMS of "Get in", "We actually did it" and of course "THEY DIDNT LOSE!!!!" Could be heard from miles around as the celebrations went on well in to the night!

"I thought they'd lost it when Charlie came off" said the honourable spokes woman for the APYFC.WAG Fanclub/G-Unit, Ms Elin Thomas.

"I got really scared when Willie Hayter looked like he wasn't gonna make it!" Said Franny's Boy(Theo)

"The game started the same as it finished!" Said the ever present intelligent thinking Niall Joyce, who to played a stunning game! And how right Mr.Joyce was! the game started at 0 - 0! AND YES! FINISHED AT 0 - 0!

With a minute silence before kickoff for remembrance day, the atmosphere had never been more electric! The game then started and a frightful pace with both teams diving in from all angles. Many a save was made early on by, so far, the only one of David Tims's men to be scouted, Jason Bichri! Then Many an attack was made by the inform Nathan Barre who has already scored 1,000,000 goals this season! (its amazing how we havent manged to win!) With Players like Archibald Crofton and the Man Of The Match Sam Ludlow running like dogs for the whole game, it was clear APYFC werent going down without a fight! The game continued at locked horns all over the pitch, apart from at the position of Right Back, when Vice Captain Finlay Kerr had obviously scared off his opposite number! The Ginger assasinator too then stepped up to the challenge along with the Fans favourite, the Magestic Mad Man Max! (who for the final 15-20 mins of the game) really opened the London Colney backline! The whole team performed brilliantly for all the 90 minutes, the question is now, can they continue the form!?

The Gaffer

P.s Thanks for everyone who came along to watch and support the almighty AP!

Today, training and next week

An improved performance today, and heads stayed up at all times. well done.

Reminder training is Thursday at the racecourse as things stand, but if they change it will be on the website, I don't want to have to do last minute calling around.

Also the first sunday in the half term (21st) we have a match so don't go away - I've just re-arranged a trip to Scotland, and the last sunday of the half term (28th) we also have a CUP MATCH (beatable team). If you cannot make either let me and David know as soon as possible, If we field only 9 players not only do we lose but we get fined +£100.

any queries, email me and/or david
