The Squad

Tom Staniland    3
D/M LC

One of the few remaining 'originals' (having played for the team from the beginning), the ex long-time club captain is always gearing up the team for a win. A skillful player, he often plays a free role or if in defence, ventures up to support. Tom is constantly scoring crackers of goals.

Favourite Team: Arsenal
Favourite Player: Nicklas Bendtner

Matthew Finnin    2
D RLC

Matthew is a solid player, and a great defender. He can play anywhere on the backline, and is constantly dealing with danger. He has been known to get up and poach a few goals from attacking set pieces.

Ashley Scillitoe    1
GK

A bright kid, Ashley brings the eccentricity to the team, which will make it surprising to hear he is very quiet. Despite this, he is still an excellent keeper, with no one coming close to his shot-stopping ability.

Favourite Team: Arsenal
Favourite Player: Vito Mannone

Nana Konadu    4
SW/D/DM RC

A budding Kolo Toure, he is all over the defence always dealing with anything thrown the teams way. He is calm under pressure and is constantly taking control of the defensive line. His mixture of speed, anticipation and a great ability to make tackles makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Favourite Team: Manchester United
Favourite Player: Cristiano Ronaldo

Ian Solomons    5
D LC

The powerhouse at the back, it is always difficult to get past this defender. He is often known as 'The Rock of Gibraltar' for his defensive work, but that isn't his only strong point. He has no problem going on a run and beating players, which he enjoys an awful lot.

Favourite Team: Manchester United
Favourite Player: Ryan Giggs

Callum Robertson    7
D/M/F RC

A feisty young man, he holds the palace record for yellow cards and sendings off in a season. However, get the ball to his feet and he drive forward with all his might. His passion for the game is unquestionable, and his direct style of play always seems to lead to scoring chances which he will often finish in a stunning fashion. Wherever he is playing he is always a danger, hassling the opposition all over the pitch.

Favourite Team: Newcastle
Favourite Player: Steven Gerrard

Michael Hubbard    9
M C

Hubbard uses his tremendous upper-body strength to run games from the midfield. The 'Left-footed Riquelme'; he has a great eye for a long ball, and the ability to pull off the most accurate of passes as well. He is an amazing talent but most of all it's his calmness and confidence that reassures his teammates all the time. When in doubt, we look to Michael.

Favourite Team: Manchester United
Favourite Player: Paul Scholes

Ozan Gunes    10
AM C

It comes as no surprise that his favourite player is Kaka, as they are extremely similar players, both in style and in quality. Ozan is the club captain, and one of the most talented players. His unique touch, balance and great feet often have those watching stunned.

Favourite Team: Galatasaray
Favourite Player: Kaka

Leslie Manu    11
WB/AM RL

Leslie is blessed with an amazing left foot: once he gets going on a dribble he WON'T be stopped. In one memorable away game, even the opposition and their crowd started to cheer him on. I'm sure he will one day go on to bigger and better things.

Favourite Team: Manchester United
Favourite Player: Paul Scholes

Nick Chandler    16
D/WB L

The Leighton Baines of the team, Nick is never afraid to stick a foot in, but also dash up to support in attack like a true workhorse. With a dazzling shot, no one is surprised when he lines one up from 30 yards.

Favourite Team: Arsenal
Favourite Player: Tony Adams

James Simpson    18
WB/AM/F RLC

A versatile and ambidextrous flair player, this young man is capable of special things when his confidence is high. Watch out, he's dangerous.

Favourite Team: Rangers
Favourite Player: Alan Hutton

Joe Noutch    14
D/DM RC

Although he may not appreciate the comparison, when I first saw him play he reminded me of a young Ashley Cole in his Arsenal days. Play him in defence and he will scoop up the ball and play it out, or play him in midfield and he will boss it. A great player with a tremendous engine.

Favourite Team: Manchester United
Favourite Player: Zinedine Zidane

Robert Gotay    12
SW/D C

A speedy defender, he talks often and always does what is asked of him at the back. A crucial part of a punishing defensive front, he draws comparisons to 'Deadly Ledley' Himself.

Favourite Team: Tottenham/St Mirren
Favourite Player: Ledley King

Dodo Levin    8
ST

The team's most natural goal scorer, he holds up the ball well and puts away a chance if you give it to him. Last seasons top scorer will definitely be looking to repeat that achievement.

Favourite Team: Tottenham
Favourite Player:

Danyal Eshref    15
D/M/F RLC

Equipped with a set of skills that would rival Ronaldo and a passing ability similar to that of Fabregas, this versatile young man has it all. He gets around the pitch with great determination, and always wants to get involved. He is a born playmaker.

Favourite Team: Arsenal
Favourite Player: Cesc Fabregas

Leslie Childs
F RLC

This young man is a spectacular player. Making an instant impact this season he scored an amazing goal in only his second game after joining late; taking on at least 3 men and finishing calmly. He has great first touch, is extremely strong and packs quite a shot. A great addition to the team.
